LARSON-JUHL publicly declares that it is not, either directly or indirectly, involved (engaged) in the following activities:

a) Illegal harvesting or trading of illegal timber or forest products

b) Violation of traditional or human rights in forest activities

c) Destruction of high conservation values in forest activities

d) Significant conversion of forests to plantations or non-forest use

e) Introduction of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) into forest operations

f) Violation of workers’ rights (as defined in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, 1998)
